Evaluation of upper layer QoS

Not only QoS of the data link layer, which is a cooperative area, we also conduct end-to-end integrated OoS evaluation including network layer, transport layer and application layer.

An example of IEEE802.1 TSN evaluation

In the automotive network of the fully autonomous driving era, TSN (Time Sensitive Networking) technology, which is being standardized in IEEE802.1, will be essential, but TSN standards are wide-ranging, and the way of their use has not been sufficiently studied. Here, we will examine the construction method and evaluation method of the vehicle network using IEEE802.1TSN through experiments using actual machines and simulations.



Here shows an example of the evaluation result using Strict Priority ueueing(SPQ), which is a standard of IEEE 802.1TSN, and Credit Based Shaper(CBS) (IEEE 802.1Q),Frame Preemption (IEEE 802.1 Qbu).
